With 30+ years of experience in business and franchising, I work with companies across Croatia and internationally to:

I am also the founder of the Body Creator franchise, developed through a network of ~30 franchise locations, creating 150+ jobs. Beyond being a successful business model, it is also a strong example of female entrepreneurship, as both franchise owners and clients are predominantly women.
Alongside consulting, I teach franchising and entrepreneurship at international institutions including the University of Luxembourg, Swiss School of Business and Management, Paris School of Management and Sveučilište VERN.

I actively contribute to the development of franchising as an industry:
- President of the Croatian Franchise Association (FIP)
- Vice President of the Luxembourg Franchise Association (LuxFa)
- Co-creator of the Franchise Brand Leader Award project
- Played a key role in establishing 5+ national franchise associations across the region and Luxembourg, contributing to the development of structured franchise ecosystems.
